Passengers advised to travel via Lo Wu during Easter holidays

The Transport Department today (April 8) advised passengers who intend to use the Lok Ma Chau - Huanggang cross-boundary shuttle-bus service (Yellow Bus) during the Easter holidays to plan their journeys and to travel by rail via Lo Wu Control Point as far as possible.

It is expected that many passengers will cross the boundary via Lok Ma Chau Control Point during the holidays. Passengers are advised to travel during the less busy periods in late morning or early afternoon.

If the traffic at the Lok Ma Chau crossing is busy, the waiting time for the Yellow Bus may be longer than usual. Passengers should observe order and follow the advice of the on-site staff when queuing for the bus.

Passengers are advised to call the New Hong Kong Bus Company's hotline 2471 0792 for the latest queuing situation and listen to radio/TV broadcast for latest traffic conditions.
