Closure of services of Transport Department

    The Transport Department announces that the public services under the Department, i.e. the Licensing Offices, Cross Boundary Unit, Vehicle Examination Centres and Driving Examination Centres will be closed as the tropical cyclone signal No. 8 has been issued.  All services will be resumed as soon as practicable within two hours after the cancelling of signal.

    Members of the public having scheduled for vehicle examination today should make reschedule appointments with the Vehicle Examination Centers as soon as the centers reopen.

    Candidates having scheduled for driving test this morning will be individually informed of the alternative arrangements.  For those who have scheduled for driving test this afternoon please watch out for further announcements.
