     The special traffic and transport arrangements will mainly include:

(b) Gloucester Road U-turn slip road between Gloucester Road southbound and northbound;
(c) The section of Gloucester Road southbound between Victoria Park Road flyover and Causeway Road if necessary; and
(d) Sugar Street.

Public Transport Services

(b) The public light bus stand in Sugar Street will be temporarily suspended.

Closure of Carparks
-------------------
All carparks along the procession route may be closed at short notice.

     Members of the public who plan to go to the affected areas are advised to make use of public transport.  Motorists should avoid driving to the affected areas.  In case of traffic congestion, they are urged to exercise tolerance and patience, and take heed of directions of the Police.

     The TD and the Police will closely monitor the traffic situation and implement appropriate measures as and when necessary.  Motorists and the public should watch out for the latest traffic news broadcast via media.
