Services at TD licensing offices return to normal

    The Transport Department announced today (May 27) that the computer system at its licensing offices has been repaired. Counter services at the department's licensing offices at Admiralty, Cheung Sha Wan, Kwun Tong and Sha Tin have now returned to normal.
