Re-schedule of Central/ Sok Kwu Wan and Central/Yung Shue Wan ferry services

The Transport Department today (June 22) announces that the operation of Central - Sok Kwu Wan and Central - Yung Shue Wan ferry services currently operating at Central Pier 5 will be relocated to Central Pier 4 with effect from next Monday (June 24) to facilitate the program of Central Pier Refurbishment Works and Central Reclamation Phase III Project.

The first sailing from Central Pier 4 to Yung Shue Wan will depart at 6.30 am on June 24.

Ferry services for Central to So Kwu Wan will be re-scheduled as follows:

From Central	8.40 am	8.35 am
	11.30 am	11.20 am
	6.30 pm	6.45 pm
From Sok Kwu Wan	12.20 pm	12.30 pm

Notices of changes will be put up at the respective ferry piers.

A new extension of covered walkway, a new kerbside lay-by and new bus stops have been provided outside Central Piers 4, 5 and 6 to facilitate passengers. Some of the bus services to Sau Kei Wan, Pok Fu Lam and Mid-levels have been diverted to the new bus stops outside Central Piers 4, 5 and 6.
