Tenderers for operating green minibus service in Kowloon and the New Territories should submit their application as soon as possible

Transport Department reminds members of the public who are interested in operating new green minibus routes in Kowloon and the New Territories that they have to submit their tenders before 12 noon on Thursday, March 20, 2003.

Application forms, together with details of the new routes and guidance notes for tenderers, are now obtainable free of charge on request from the following Transport Department offices:

* Transport Department Headquarters, 41/F, Immigration Tower, 7 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong;
* Transport Department New Territories Regional Office, 7/F, Mongkok Government Offices, 30 Luen Wan Street, Kowloon;
* Hong Kong Licensing Office, 3/F, United Centre, 95 Queensway, Hong Kong;
* Kowloon Licensing Office, 2/F, Cheung Sha Wan Government Offices, 303 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Kowloon;
* Kwun Tong Licensing Office, 5/F, Kowloon East Government Offices, 12 Lei Yue Mun Road, Kowloon;
* Sha Tin Licensing Office, 2/F, Sha Tin Government Offices, 1 Sheung Wo Che Road, Sha Tin.

Completed application forms must be enclosed in a plain white envelope sealed and marked on the outside of the envelope "Application for Passenger Service Licence in Respect of the Packages of Public Light Bus (Scheduled) Routes Gazetted in February 2003" and placed in the Transport Department Tender Box situated at the reception counter of the Transport Department Headquarters on the 41st floor of Immigration Tower, 7 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong before 12 noon on March 20, 2003 (Thursday).

Applications by any other means or late applications will not be considered.
