Closure of service at Licensing Offices

The Transport Department announced that the Hong Kong, Kowloon, Kwun Tong and Shatin Licensing Offices and Cross Boundary Unit will be closed upon Hong Kong Observatory's announcement of issuing of tropical cyclone signal No. 8.

All driving tests scheduled from 1.45 pm today will be also cancelled. Candidates will be individually informed of the alternative arrangement.
