Old Tunnels Disabled Driver Tickets would not be accepted

Transport Department reminds members of the public today (October 13) that the government tunnels and Tsing Ma Control Area will not accept the invalid Government Tunnels Disabled Driver Tickets and Tsing Ma Control Area Disabled Driver Tickets which are the old version or have been voided.

Drivers with disabilities are reminded to produce the new version of tickets when traveling through government tunnels and the Lantau Link. The government tunnels include the Aberdeen Tunnel, Cross Harbour Tunnel, Lion Rock Tunnel, Tseung Kwan O Tunnel and Shing Mun Tunnels.

Members of the public who are eligible for using the tickets may apply for issue of new tickets at any one of the Licensing Offices of Transport Department. The unused old ticket can not be replaced with the new version one and should return for voiding.
