Special traffic and transport arrangements for Halloween celebrations

Special traffic and transport arrangements will be in place in Central from about 6pm to 6am the following day on both Friday (October 29) and Saturday (October 30); and from about 5pm Sunday to 6am the next day in Central because of Halloween celebrations in Lan Kwai Fong.

The Transport Department said the following arrangements will be made:

	temporary road closure and traffic diversion at D'Aguilar Street, Lan Kwai Fong, Wo On Lane and Wellington Street in stages;
	temporary diversion of four bus routes (CityBus Nos 12M and 40M, NWFB Nos 13 and 23A) and one green minibus route (No 10A); and
	temporary suspension of bus stops and a green minibus stand.
