PVRM Scheme 1st phase application ends on May 2

     The Transport Department today (April 29) issued a reminder that those who intend to apply for a Personalised Vehicle Registration Mark (PVRM) in the first invitation exercise should submit the application on or before May 2.  Late applications will not be accepted.

     Completed application forms can be dropped in the collection box at any of the Transport Department's Licensing Offices or sent, by post or to the Vehicle Registration Marks Unit, Transport Department, Room 506-508, 5/F, Harcourt House, 39 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.  Applications by mail will be accepted according to the date of the postmark.  No payment of deposit is required at this stage.

     Before completing the application forms, applicants should carefully read the Guidance Notes for Application.  The application form (TD569) and Guidance Notes can be downloaded from the Transport Department website (www.td.gov.hk), and are also available for collection at the department's Licensing Offices. Each applicant can only submit one application in each exercise.  For enquiries, applicants can call the department Hotline at 2804 2600.
