SECTION 3 - REGISTRATION AND LICENSING OF VEHICLES AND DRIVERS

This Section provides statistics on the number of vehicles registered and licensed in Hong Kong, drivers and learner drivers, driving tests and taxi licence tenders as compiled by the Licensing Division. The objective of the Licensing Division is to promote orderly regulation of vehicles and drivers.
