Rescission of Temporary Restricted Zones on

Tsing Yi Road, Tsing Yi

  In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 12:01 am on 24 April 2009, the existing restricted zones 24 hour daily temporarily designated at the following sections of Tsing Yi Road as gazetted on 26 September 2008 under G.N. 6653 will be rescinded:

(a)           the western kerbside lane of Tsing Yi Road from a point about 270 metres north of its junction with Tsing Sheung Road to a point about 564 metres north of the same junction; and

(b)          the eastern kerbside lane of Tsing Yi Road from a point about 376 metres north of its junction with Tsing Sheung Road to a point about 575 metres north of the same junction.
