PROHIBITED ZONES FOR ARTICULATED VEHICLES

ON FAIRVIEW PARK BOULEVARD, YUEN LONG

 

        In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 3 of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 15 May 2009, the section of Fairview Park Boulevard from its junction with Kam Pok Road to a point about 270 metres east of the same junction will be designated a prohibited zone for articulated vehicles from 6.00 pm to 10.00 am on the following day daily.

 

        Drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving articulated vehicles into the above prohibited zone from 6.00 pm to 10.00 am on the following day daily.

 

        The extent of the prohibited zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.
