ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTRAL) REGULATIONS (Chapter 374)

 

PROHIBITED ZONE AT LOHAS PARK STATION PUBLIC TRANSPORT INTERCHANGE, TSEUNG KWAN O

 

In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 11.00 a.m. on 24 July 2009, the LOHAS Park Station Public Transport Interchange will be designated a prohibited zone.

 

Drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses, public light buses (scheduled services) and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving any motor vehicles into this prohibited zone.  The exact boundary of the prohibited zone is delineated by hatching on the drawing shown in the schedule.
