ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS
(Chapter 374)
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 31 July 2009, the elevated road connecting Tai Po Road (Sha Tin Heights section) northbound and Lower Shing Mun Road in Tai Wai will be designated as a prohibited zone for all public light buses 24 hours daily:
Drivers of all public light buses, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving any public light buses into the above prohibited zone 24 hours daily.
The prohibited zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.
