PROHIBITED ZONE AT SEE CHEUNG STREET, SAI KUNG

       In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 28 August 2009, the section of See Cheung Street between Yi Chun Street and the emergency vehicular access near the Sai Kung Wholesale Fish Market will be designated a prohibited zone.

       Drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving any motor vehicles into this prohibited zone 24 hours daily. The extent of the prohibited zone will be indicated by appropriated traffic signs.
