Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations

In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 12 October 2009, the slip road leading from Fu Uk Road to the car park near Chung Kwai Chung Tsuen will be designated a prohibited zone 24 hours daily for all vehicles exceeding 7 metres in length.
Drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving vehicles exceeding 7 metres in length into the prohibited zone 24 hours daily.
The extent of the prohibited zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.
