ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374)

Restricted Zone on unnamed access road to Tin Sam Tsuen, Hung Shui Kiu

 

In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 11 December 2009, the section of access road to Tin Sam Tsuen near Hung Shui Kiu Tin Sam Road from its junction with Tin Ha Road to a point about 11 metres west of the same junction will be designated as a restricted zone from 7.00 a.m. to 12.00 midnight daily.

 

Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

 

(a)                picking up or setting down passengers; or

(b)               loading or unloading goods.

 

The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
