SPEED LIMIT ON THE SLIP ROAD LEADING FROM

NORTH LANTAU HIGHWAY WESTBOUND TO

TUNG CHUNG EASTERN INTERCHANGE

 

           

            In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 19 February 2010, the section of the slip road leading from the westbound carriageway of North Lantau Highway to Tung Chung Eastern Interchange ending at a point about 210 metres from its diverging point with North Lantau Highway will be subject to a speed limit of 110 kilometres per hour.

 

            Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

 

            At the same time, the speed limits as gazetted under Clause (a) of G.N. 5603 of 2000, G..N. 4845 of 2002 and G.N. 3850 of 2006 will be rescinded.
