ROAD TRAFFIC ORDINANCE  (Chapter 374)

SPEED LIMIT ON TOLO HIGHWAY

             In exercise of the power vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 26 February 2010, the following road sections on Tolo Highway will be subject to a speed limit of 100 kilometres per hour :

(a)        the section of the slip road leading from Tat Wan Road to the southbound carriageway of Tolo Highway from its merging point with Tolo Highway to a point about 180 metres north of the same merging point; and

(b)        the section of the slip road leading from the northbound carriageway of Tolo Highway to Tat Wan Road from its merging point with Tolo Highway to a point about 250 metres north of the same merging point.

            At the same time, the speed limit on Tolo Highway as gazetted under GN8185 of 2000 will be rescinded.
