ROAD TRAFFIC ORDINANCE  (Chapter 374)

RESCISSION OF TEMPORARY SPEED LIMIT ON TOLO HIGHWAY

        In exercise of the power vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 6.00 am on 5 March 2010, the existing temporary speed limit of 80 kilometres per hour on the southbound carriageway of Tolo Highway between the roundabout at the western end of Chong San Road and Fo Yin Road, as gazetted under GN8180 of 2009, will be rescinded.
