ROAD TRAFFIC ORDINANCE

 (Chapter  374) 

SPEED LIMIT ON PO SHUN ROAD, TSEUNG KWAN O

         In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 31 July 2010, the westbound carriageway of Po Shun Road between its junction with the slip road leading to the northbound carriageway of Po Hong Road and a point about 170 metres east of its junction with King Ling Road roundabout will be subject to the speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

         Appropriate traffic signs will be erected to guide motorists.

         At the same time, the speed limit on the above road section as gazetted under G.N. 4951 of 2006 will be rescinded.
