ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374)

Restricted Zone on Tin Shing Road, Tin Shui Wai

       In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 27 August 2010, the eastern kerbside lane of Tin Shing Road from a point about 25 metres south of its junction with Tin Pak Road to a point about 270 metres south of the same junction will be designated a restricted zone from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 am and from 5.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. daily.

       Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

       (a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

       (b)  loading or unloading goods.

       The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
