Members of the public are advised that in order to improve the bus services at Siu Sai Wan, with effect from 23 August 2010 (Mon) , the service of NWFB Route 84M will be adjusted and re-numbered as Route 82M. At the same time, an express service NWFB Route 82X plying between Siu Sai Wan (Island Resort) to North Point (Man Hong Street) via Island Eastern Corridor will be operated.

                     NWFB will post notice to inform passengers on details of the arrangement below.

Service adjustment on NWFB Route 84M

1.          To convert the main service and special departures of Route 84M from Harmony Garden to a circular route plying between Chai Wan Station and Siu Sai Wan (Island Resort) and re-numbered to Route 82M.

2.          The service of Route 82M will be operated from Chai Wan Station to Siu Sai Wan (Island Resort) on Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays) from 7.20 am to 4.20 pm. at a headway of 20 minutes during morning peak and 40 minutes during off peak. $3.6 per single journey will be charged. Furthermore, special departures will be operated from Harmony Garden to Chai Wan Station from 7.00 am to 8.40 am.

3.          The service of Route 82M will be operated via Kut Shing Street, Chai Wan Road, Yue Wan Estate, Siu Sai Wan Road, Harmony Garden, Siu Sai Wan Estate, Fullview Garden, Siu Sai Wan (Island Resort), Fullview Garden, Siu Sai Wan Estate, Hiu Tsui Court, Fu Shing Court, Chai Wan Road, Island Eastern Corridor slip road, Ning Foo Street and Chai Wan Station.

Re-numbering of NWFB Route 84S

1.          The service will be re-numbered to Route 82S with timetable, routing and fares remained unchanged.

Provision of express bus service NWFB Route 82X

1.          An express service Route 82X plying between Siu Sai Wan (Island Resort) and North Point (Man Hong Street) will be operated during the period from 7.00 am to 8.00 pm at a headway of 15 to 20 minute. $5.5 per single journey with section fare will be charged at $4.4 from North Point (Healthy Village) to Siu Sai Wan (Island Resort).

2.          The service of Route 82X will be operated via Fullview Garden, Siu Sai Wan Estate, Hiu Tsui Court, Fu Shing Court, Lok Hin Terrace, Wan Tsui Market, Chong Gene Hang College, Island Eastern Corridor, Healthy Village, Model Housing Estate, North Point Government Primary School, Sunway Gardens, Westlands Gardens, Taikoo Shing, Tai On Building, Hoi An Street, Aldrick Bay Road, Oi Yin Street, Hong Kong Museum of Coastal Defence, Island Eastern Corridor (section between A Kung Ngam Road and Chai Wan Road), Chong Gene Hang College, Walton Estate, Yue Wan Estate, Sheung On Street, Siu Sai Wan Road, Harmoney Garden, Cheerful Garden, Fullview Garden and Siu Sai Wan (Island Resort).
