Introduction of Kowloon Public Light Bus (Scheduled) Service Route No. 83A
(Choi Fook Estate - Ping Shek)
(Special Route of GMB 83M)
Members of public are advised that with effect from 23 August 2010 (Monday), Kowloon Public Light Bus (Scheduled) Service Route No. 83A (special route of GMB 83M) will be introduced. The operational details of the above route are specified as follows:
I. ROUTE
CHOI FOOK ESTATE - PING SHEK: via Choi Wing Road, Choi Hing Road, Choi Hing Lane, New Clear Water Bay Road, Clear Water Bay Road and Ping Shek 1/F Public Transport Interchange.
PING SHEK - CHOI FOOK ESTATE: via Ping Shek 1/F Public Transport Interchange, Clear Water Bay Road, New Clear Water Bay Road, Choi Hing Lane, Choi Hing Road and Choi Wing Road.
II. TIMETABLE
From Choi Fook Estate Frequency (minutes)
7.00 am to 11.00 pm 15 - 20
III. FARE
$3.0 per single trip*
* A promotional fare of $2.8 will be offered to passengers from 23 August 2010 up to 31 October 2010 inclusive.
Concesssionary Fare Table
The following groups of passengers will be offered concessionary fare of $2.5:
Ø Elderly passengers holding valid Senior Citizen Cards issued by Social Welfare Department;
Ø People with disability holding valid registration card issued by Central Registry for Rehabilitation of Labour and Welfare Bureau; and
Ø Students wearing school uniform (primary and secondary school)
