ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374)

Prohibited Zone on Cheung Shan Estate Road West, Tsuen Wan

                In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 25 October 2010, the unnamed slip road of Cheung Shan Estate Road West from a point about 50 metres east of its junction with Cheung Shan Estate Road East to a point about 70 metres east of the same junction will be designated a prohibited zone.

               Drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving any motor vehicles into the above prohibited zone.

                The extent of the prohibited zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.
