Motorists are advised that 15 metered parking spaces on Tsing Hoi Circuit near Lai Po Building will be cancelled with effect from 10.00 am on 29 October 2010. At the same time, 16 metered parking spaces will be designated in Tsing Sin Street and Tsing Wui Street, with details as follows:
