ROAD TRAFFIC ORDINANCE (Chapter  374)

Extension of Temporary Speed Limit on Wan Po Road, Tseung Kwan O

In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 12.00 midnight on 1 October 2011 to 30 September 2012, Wan Po Road from a point about 130 metres south of its junction with Pung Loi Avenue to a point about 1040 metres south of the same junction will be continually subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

Appropriate traffic signs have been erected on site to guide motorists.

At the same time, the existing speed limit of 70 kilometres per hour on the above road section will continue to be temporarily rescinded.
