Maximum Fare for Licensed Ferry Service

  (a)"Central - Cheung  

 (b)"Central - Mui Wo"

 (c) "Peng Chau - Mui Wo - Chi Ma Wan - Cheung Chau"

"One-day Island Hopping Pass"

      In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 33 (1) of the Ferry Services Ordinance, Chapter 104, I hereby give notice that with effect from 1 January 2012 to 30 June 2012, the maximum fare chargeable on "Central - Cheung Chau", "Central - Mui Wo" and "Peng Chau - Mui Wo - Chi Ma Wan - Cheung Chau" licensed ferry services for the holder of the "One-day Island Hopping Pass" ^[Note]  shall be determined as follows:

                                            "One-day Island Hopping Pass"                                         $60

 

[Note]:

(1)      Valid for unlimited travel for the routes of "Central - Cheung Chau", "Central - Mui Wo" and "Peng Chau - Mui Wo - Chi Ma Wan - Cheung Chau" licensed ferry services from the time of purchase of a day to 12.30 a.m. of the following day, but not applicable to those Central-bound sailings before 9.40 a.m. and those sailings departing from Central between 6.00 p.m. and 8.10 p.m.

(2)      Available from Mondays to Saturdays (except public holidays).

(3)      Available only to a person having permission to land in Hong Kong as a  visitor under the Immigration Ordinance (Cap. 115).
