ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374)
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 27 February 2012, the eastern kerbside lane of Lai Kong Street from a point about 70 metres north of its junction with Lai Fung Street to a point about 65 metres south of the same junction will be temporarily designated a restricted zone from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm daily until 25 May 2012.
Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:-
(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.
The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
