TRAFFIC ADVICE 

Temporary Road Closure on Tonnochy Road, Wan Chai

        Motorists are advised that to facilitate water main replacement work, the section of Tonnochy Road southbound between Hung Hing Road and Harbour Road will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic during the following periods from 19 March 2012 to 23 July 2012:

(i)        from 10.00 pm to 6.00 am of the following day daily on Mondays to Saturdays (except horse-racing days);

(ii)       from 11.00 pm to 6.00 am of the following day on horse racing days; and

(iii)      from 8.00 am to 3.00 pm on Sundays and public holidays.

         Vehicles on Hung Hing Road westbound will be temporarily prohibited from making left turn onto Tonnochy Road southbound.  Affected vehicles on Hung Hing Road westbound heading for Gloucester Road eastbound will be diverted via Convention Avenue westbound and Fleming Road southbound.

         Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
