Temporary Speed Limit on Fanling Highway, North District 

        In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 12.01 a.m. on  27 March 2012 to 26 September 2012, the section of the northbound carriageway of Fanling Highway from a point about 390 metres south of its junction with Pak Wo Road (near Dawning Views) to a point about 200 metres south of the same junction will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 80 kilometres per hour.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected to guide motorists. 

        At the same time, the existing speed limit of 100 kilometres per hour on the above section of road will be temporarily rescinded.
