ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374)

Temporary Rescission of Public Light Bus Prohibited Zones in Kwai Chung

In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 30 March 2012 to 7.00 pm on 12 December 2012, the existing public light bus prohibited zones on the following road sections in Kwai Chung will be temporarily rescinded from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm daily:-

(a)   the northbound carriageway of On Chit Lane; and

(b)   the westbound carriageway of On Chit Street between Tai Pak Tin Street and On Chit Lane.
