TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT NOTICE

Temporary Closure of Heung Yip Road, Wong Chuk Hang

             Notice is hereby given that the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented from 10.00 a.m. on 9 May 2012 to 5.00 p.m. on 15 June 2012 to facilitate the construction of MTRCL South Island Line (East):

A. Road Closure
The section of Heung Yip Road between Yip Fat Street Gee Luen Hing Industrial Building and Yally Industrial Building will be closed to all vehicular traffic.

B. Traffic Diversions
Vehicles from Heung Yip Road westbound heading for the above section of Yip Fat Street will be diverted to travel via Yip Fat Street, Heung Yip Road eastbound, Ocean Park Road northbound, Wong Chuk Hang Road westbound, Heung Yip Road and Yip Fat Street.

             Appropriate traffic signs will be provided on site to guide motorists.
