Temporary traffic and transport arrangements in Yau Ma Tei

               Members of the public are advised that in connection with the construction of Guangzhou- Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented from 1.00 a.m. to 5.30 a.m. on 13, 18, 21, 22 May and 1 June 2012:

Temporary road closures
The section of Lin Cheung Road northbound between Civil Aid Service Headquarter and Jordan Road will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

Temporary traffic diversions
(a) Vehicles from Road D3E westbound heading for Western Harbour Crossing will be temporarily diverted to travel via Jordan Road westbound, roundabout, Jordan Road eastbound, Road D3E eastbound, Jordan Road eastbound, Ferry Street northbound, Yan Cheung Road westbound, Hoi Wang Road northbound, slip road and West Kowloon Highway southbound.
(b) Vehicles from Road D3E westbound heading for Lin Cheung Road northbound, Tsing Kwai Highway and Tsing Sha Highway will be temporarily diverted to travel via Jordan Road westbound, Hoi Po Road and Lin Cheung Road northbound, then West Kowloon Highway northbound and Tsing Kwai Highway, or Lai Po Road westbound, Hing Wah Street West westbound and Tsing Sha Highway.
(c) Vehicles from Jordan Road eastbound heading for Western Harbour Crossing will be temporarily diverted to travel via Jordan Road eastbound, Road D3E eastbound, Jordan Road eastbound, Ferry Street northbound, Yan Cheung Road westbound, Hoi Wang Road northbound, slip road and West Kowloon Highway southbound.
(d) Vehicles from Jordan Road eastbound heading for Lin Cheung Road northbound, Tsing Kwai Highway and Tsing Sha Highway will be temporarily diverted to travel via Jordan Road eastbound, Road D3E eastbound, Jordan Road eastbound, Ferry Street northbound, Yan Cheung Road westbound, Hoi Wang Road northbound, slip road and Lin Cheung Road northbound, then West Kowloon Highway northbound and Tsing Kwai Highway, or Lai Po Road westbound, Hing Wah Street West westbound and Tsing Sha Highway.

Temporary bus diversions
KMB routes 260X, 268B and 269B, CTB routes N11 and N23 on Road D3E westbound heading for New Territories and Lantau will be temporarily diverted to travel via Jordan Road westbound, Hoi Po Road and Lin Cheung Road northbound before resuming their normal routeings on West Kowloon Highway northbound.

                 Appropriate traffic signs will be provided on site to guide motorists. The bus companies will display notices to advise passengers of the above temporary arrangements.
