Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations (Chapter 374)

Temporary Prohibited Zone For Vehicles Exceeding 8 Metres in Length in Tsing Wu Square, Tuen Mun

        In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 24 May 2012 to 10.00 am on 31 December 2012, Tsing Wu Square will be temporarily designated as a prohibited zone for all vehicles exceeding 8 metres in length 24 hours daily.

        Drivers of all motor vehicles exceeding 8 metres in length, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from entering into the prohibited zone.

        The exact boundaries of the prohibited zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.
