Road Traffic Ordinance (Chapter 374)

 Extension of Temporary Speed Limit on Fanling Highway, North District

        In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 20 April 2013 to 19 October 2013, the section of the southbound carriageway of Fanling Highway from a point about 60 metres north of its junction with Pak Wo Road (near Dawning Views) to a point about 260 metres south of the same junction will continue to be subjected to a speed limit of 80 kilometres per hour.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected to guide motorists.

        At the same time, the existing speed limit of 100 kilometres per hour on the above section of road will continue to be temporarily rescinded.
