ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374)

Temporary Restricted Zone at Sai Tai Street, Yuen Long 

In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 13 May 2013 to 6.00 pm on 3 June 2013, the eastern kerbside lane of Sai Tai Street from its junction with Yuen Long Tai Hang Street to its junction with Tai Fung Street will be designated as a temporary restricted zone 24 hours daily.

Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

• (a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
• (b) loading or unloading goods.

The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.
