Transport Arrangements for Ma Wan

 

 

            Members of public are advised that with effect from 8 June 2013, the public transport services for Ma Wan will be as follows:

 

I.            Between Ma Wan and Tsuen Wan

 

            The “Ma Wan – Tsuen Wan” ferry service will be resumed and six sailings will be operated daily with departure time as follows:

 

From Ma Wan		From Tsuen Wan
11:15 a.m.		11:45 a.m.
1:15 p.m.		1:45 p.m.
3:15 p.m.		3:45 p.m.

 

            Also, residents' service special route NR331S will be introduced to provide service between Ma Wan (Pak Yan Road) – Tsuen Wan West (Nina Tower) daily between 6:45 a.m. and 10:15 pm daily.

 

II.            Between Man Wan and Central

 

            The frequency of the “Ma Wan – Central” ferry service will be adjusted from every 30 minutes to every 60 minutes during the periods with low patronage, including non-peak hours of weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays

       

            The operator will display notices at piers and bus terminus to inform passengers of the new arrangements of the above services.
