Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations (Chapter 374)
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 7 June 2013, the western kerbside lane of Wah Ming Road from a point about 15 metres north of its junction with the unnamed access road (near Cheong Yun House) to a point about 100 metres north of the same junction (excluding layby) will be designated a restricted zone from 7.00 am to 12.00 midnight daily.
Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:-
(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.
The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
At the same time, the existing restricted zone from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm daily except general holidays on the above section of the western kerbside lane of Wah Ming Road (including layby) will be rescinded.
