Temporary Restricted Zone at Nanking Street, Yau Ma Tei
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1) (b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 18 June 2013 to 29 July 2013, the section of Nanking Street between Battery Street and Reclamation Street will be temporarily designated a restricted zone from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm daily.
Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:
The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
At the same time, the existing restricted zone on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
