Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations (Chapter 374)
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 31 August 2013, the following road sections will be designated restricted zones 24 hours daily:
(i) the southern kerbside lane of Fai Ming Road from a point about 5 metres east of its junction with the unnamed access road leading to Pentecostal Yu Leung Fat Primary School to a point about 20 metres west of the same junction; and
(ii) the section of unnamed access road leading to Pentecostal Yu Lengu Fat Primary School from its junction with Fai Ming Road to a point about 15 metres south of the same junction.
Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:-
(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.
The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
