ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374) 

Restricted Zone in Lok Ma Chau 

      In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 12.01 am on 25 October 2013, the eastern and western kerbside lanes of the unnamed road near Ha Wan Tsuen from its junction with Lung Hau Road to a point about 130 metres north of the same junction will be designated as restricted zone 24 hours daily.

Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or

(b) loading or unloading goods.

The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
