Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations (Chapter 374)

Temporary Restricted Zone in On Chuen Street, North District

        In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 7.00 am on 30 December 2013 to 7.00 pm on 11 March 2014, the southern kerbside lane of On Chuen Street from a point about 130 metres west of its junction with On Kui Street to the same junction will be designated a restricted zone from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm daily.

        Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:-

        (a) picking up or setting down passengers; or

        (b) loading or unloading goods.

        The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
