                 Members of the public are advised that the service of Cross Harbour Bus Route No. 118 (Siu Sai Wan (Island Resort) – Sham Shui Po (Tonkin Street)) will be reorganised with effect from 28 December 2013 (Saturday). Details are as follows:

Sham Shui Po Departures:

To re-route via Island Eastern Corridor in lieu of Gordon Road, Electric Road, Java Road and Man Hong Street before resuming its original routeing on Chai Wan Road.

 

Remains unchanged

 

Cancellation of the following bus stops:-

 

(i)      Victoria Park Road near Causeway Bay Typhoon Shelter

(ii)     Gordon Road

(iii)   Electric Road outside Electric Road Market

(iv)   Electric Road outside City Garden

(v)     Java Road near South China Hotel

(vi)   Java Road near Kam Hong Street

(vii)  Java Road near Tin Chiu Street

 

 

                 Passengers travelling from Sham Shui Po, Mong Kok and Yau Ma Tei to Tin Hau and North Point can take the alternate Cross Harbour Bus Route No. 102 (Mei Foo – Shau Kei Wan) and Cross Harbour Bus Route No. 112 (So Uk North Point (Pak Fuk Road)).  The Shau Kei Wan bound service of Cross Harbour Bus Route No. 102 will be strengthened to 6-8 minutes between 7.10 am and 8.30 am from Monday to Friday (except public holidays).

 

                 Passengers travelling from Cross Harbour Tunnel toll plaza to Tin Hau and North Point can take the alternate Cross Harbour Bus Route No. 110 (Shau Kei Wan – Tsim Sha Tsui (Mody Road)(Circular) which will be re–routed via Gordon Road, Electric Road and Java Road with effect from 28 December 2013. Its Shau Kei Wan departures will operate from 6.00 am to 8.00 pm from Monday to Saturday and from 9.00 am to 8.00 pm on Sunday and public holiday.

 

                 Passengers travelling from Tin Hau and North Point to Chai Wan and Siu Sai Wan can take Citybus route No. 8X (Siu Sai Wan (Island Resort) – Happy Valley (Lower) and Citybus route No. 19 (Siu Sai Wan (Island Resort) – Tai Hang Road)..

Notices will be displayed by the bus operators at bus termini, en–route bus stops and inside vehicle compartments to inform passengers of the above service arrangements in advance.
