Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations (Chapter 374)

Restricted Zone in Kat Cheung Crescent, North District

In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 28 February 2014, the western kerbside lane of Kat Cheung Crescent from a point about 115 metres north of its western junction with Pak Wo Road to a point about 120 metres north of the same junction will be designated a restricted zone from 8.00 am to 10.00 am and 5.00 pm to 7.00 pm daily.

Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:―

(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or

(b) loading or unloading goods.

The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
