In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 12:01 a.m. on 1 May 2014, the Tung Yan Street Temporary Public Light Bus “Scheduled” Service Terminus in Kwun Tong will be designated a prohibited zone.
Drivers of all motor vehicles, except public light buses (scheduled services) and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving any vehicles into this Public Light Bus “Scheduled” Service Terminus 24 hours daily. The exact boundary of this Public Light Bus “Scheduled” Service Terminus is delineated by hatching on the drawing shown in the Schedule.
