Traffic Advice

Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements on Hing Ning Road, Kwai Chung

        Members of the public are advised that to facilitate road resurfacing works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on Hing Ning Road from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm on 7 and 14 December 2014:

• A. Traffic Arrangements

　　　1. Hing Ning Road will be temporarily converted from two-way traffic to one-way southbound traffic.

　　　2. All vehicles on Kwai Yan Road southbound will be temporarily banned from turning right onto Hing Ning Road northbound. Affected motorists are advised to travel via Kwai Yan Road southbound, Kwai Yi Road eastbound, Kwai Foo Road westbound, Hing Fong Road southbound and Hing Ning Road southbound.

　　　3. All vehicles on Kwai Yi Road eastbound will be temporarily banned from driving onto Hing Ning Road northbound. Affected motorists are advised to travel via Kwai Yi Road eastbound, Kwai Foo Road westbound, Hing Fong Road southbound and Hing Ning Road southbound.

• B. Public Transport Arrangements

　　　1. The stop of NT GMB Route Nos. 88D and 91A on Hing Ning Road northbound will be relocated to Kwai Yan Road southbound near Exit C of Kwai Fong Station.

        Motorists are advised to drive with utmost care and patient. Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
