Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations (Chapter 374)
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 31 January 2015, the following road section will be designated goods vehicle restricted zone 24 hours daily:
(i) the northern kerbside lane of Chi Fuk Circuit from a point about 160 metres west of its junction with Chi Wing Close to a point about 130 metres west of the same junction ; and
(ii) the southern kerbside lane of Chi Fuk Circuit from a point about 160 metres west of its junction with Chi Wing Close to a point about 130 metres west of the same junction.
Within the restricted zone, drivers of all good vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:-
(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.
The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
