ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374) 

Temporary Restricted Zone on Ka Hing Road, Kwai Chung

         In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 27 February 2015, the section of Ka Hing Road from its junction with Kwai Ting Road to a point about 40 metres east of the same junction will be temporarily designated a restricted zone from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm daily until 14 March 2015.

         Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:-

(a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

(b)  loading or unloading goods.

The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
